Eye on a
new way of learning.

Overview

Founded in 1973 by Mr. Amine Michel Khoury, Eastwood College has remained committed to providing an inclusive educational environment for all learners. Our board of advisors oversees significant curriculum and policy decisions, ensuring the ongoing success of our school.

Eastwood College distinguishes itself through a holistic approach to education, focusing on the social, emotional, and academic development of our students. We prioritize recruiting a highly qualified and diverse teaching workforce to uphold internationally recognized standards in curriculum and instruction.

Our small class sizes guarantee that students with varying educational competencies and backgrounds receive the personalized attention and care they need.

At the core of our curriculum is the active construction of meaning through intellectually challenging and culturally appropriate coursework. Students engage in inquiry-based learning, exploring topics by asking and addressing meaningful questions.

We emphasize social interactions within our curriculum, incorporating conversations, discussions, collaborative work, and debates. These interactions enable students to learn by observing others, receiving feedback on their performance, considering alternative perspectives, and participating in the exchange of ideas. Our curriculum undergoes periodic reviews to ensure the maintenance of high standards.

The EC Difference
